Important: Activate the Form Before Using It
After pasting the contact form code on your website for the first time, the form will not start collecting submissions immediately.
To activate the form properly, follow these steps:
- Open your website where the form is embedded.
- Fill the form once using dummy details (test name, email, and message).
- Submit the form.
- You will receive an activation email on the email address you entered in the form code.
- Open the email and confirm / activate the form.
Once this activation step is completed, the form will start collecting real submissions normally.
Enable Email Notifications (Recommended)
To make sure you don’t miss any messages, it is highly recommended to enable email notifications.
After activation, check your email settings and ensure notifications are turned on so that you receive an email alert every time someone submits the form.
This helps you respond quickly to enquiries and ensures no form submission is missed.
Step 4: Receive Form Submissions
All form submissions will be sent directly to your email address. No third-party dashboard or paid service is required.
